1 Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "11phcash," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 11phcash platform, its operators, and affiliated entities operating the website at 11phcash.vip.
- "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 11phcash platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 11phcash platform.
- "Platform" refers to the 11phcash website, mobile site, progressive web application, and all associated services and features.
- "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, fishing games, bingo, sports betting, and any other wagering products available on the
11phcash platform.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive offered by 11phcash to Players.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 11phcash before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
- "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the currency used for all transactions on the 11phcash platform.
2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 11phcash platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 11phcash platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility
To register and use the 11phcash platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
- You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 11phcash or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Age Verification: 11phcash takes underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our discretion after investigation.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 11phcash reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4 Account Registration
To access the full features of the 11phcash platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all 11phcash accounts:
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 11phcash account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 11phcash login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 11phcash will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Notification of unauthorized access: If you suspect that your 11phcash account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email.
- KYC verification: 11phcash may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PRC ID.
11phcash reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 11phcash platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits:
- 11phcash accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards.
- Deposits are generally credited to your 11phcash account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- 11phcash does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
- Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are not accepted on the 11phcash platform.
Withdrawals:
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day.
- 11phcash reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
- Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.
Note: 11phcash does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for details.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
11phcash offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:
- Bonuses are credited to your 11phcash account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified in the relevant promotion.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
- 11phcash reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
- Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Specific contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
- 11phcash reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, the decision of 11phcash shall be final.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other methods deemed abusive by 11phcash will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
7 Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the 11phcash platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all 11phcash games:
- All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by 11phcash or any third party.
- Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 11phcash will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account.
- 11phcash reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault.
- Players must not use any software, tool, bot, script, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game on the 11phcash platform.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11phcash platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account on the 11phcash platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the 11phcash platform.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or its games.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 11phcash immediately.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the 11phcash platform.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your 11phcash account.
9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 11phcash platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 11phcash platform without our prior written consent.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11phcash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any decisions you make based on information provided on the 11phcash platform.
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
11phcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11phcash account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12 Termination
11phcash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
- At our sole discretion, for any other reason we deem appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.
Upon termination for cause, 11phcash reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real-money balances in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any required verification.
You may close your 11phcash account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 11phcash platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. 11phcash operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory guidelines, and certain disputes may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
14 Amendments to These Terms
11phcash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the 11phcash platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
